Cheddar Cheese Savory CNY cookies

This is how I made my first 2018 CNY cookies - the Cheddar Cheese Cookies


Ingredients:
250gm plain flour
175gm cheddar cheese (grated)
175gm butter (chilled and cut into small pieces)
a pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
1 egg for glazing

Method:
1) Sift flour and in a pinch of salt into mixing bowl
2) Add in butter, 3/4 cheddar cheese and egg yolk
3) Knead it
4) Mould it
5) Egg wash and garnish balance 1/4 cheese on top
6) Bake at 180 degrees for 20mins

About 80-100pcs
